Meet Marleen

Hi, I am Marleen and I consider myself an all rounder, bringing together clinical nutrition, kinesiology, and a wealth of real-world experiences.

With over 20 years spent in the corporate world, travelling to multiple continents, and eventually landing in the health and wellness space, I understand the pressures, patterns, and pace of modern life, because I’ve lived it.

My work focuses on supporting my clients to better understand their individual needs, feel more connected to their bodies, and navigate their personal health and wellbeing journey with clarity and confidence. I draw on extensive food knowledge, emotional wellbeing insights, and practical life experience. My approach is grounded, realistic, and refreshingly human.

My goal is simple, to support you in building greater self understanding, explore what works for you, and feel guided as you work toward balance and wellbeing, without the jargon, pressure or perfection.

I look forward to working with you on your intertwined journey.

Kinesiology combines muscle testing with principles from both Western techniques and Traditional Chinese Medicine approaches to explore patterns of tension and stress in the body. Sessions are supported by mind body principles and focus on raising awareness of how physical, emotional and mental factors can interconnect. Through personalised guidance and practical techniques, I support you to notice areas of tension, explore strategies to release stress, and support your understanding of what works for your body and wellbeing.

I recognise the interconnectedness of the mind, body, personal environment and lifestyle. Thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and attitudes can influence how we experience daily life, energy, and wellbeing. These principles are coupled with our Kinesiology and Clinical Nutrition sessions to support greater self awareness, insight and exploration of what works best for you.
