Pause
A 30 minute 1:1 guided session either face to face or online, offering time and space to slow down, build body awareness, and explore simple self-regulation practices. The session is supportive and educational in nature, focusing on awareness, reflection, and capacity rather than outcome or performance. This is your moment to pause, take a deep breath and breathe.
Pause Plus
An extended guided session that offers more time for body awareness, reflection and exploration of self-regulation practices. This session remains supportive, allowing you to move at a comfortable pace while focusing on awareness and capacity, rather than outcomes.
Pause and Pause Plus are not a medical service and do not diagnose, treat, or manage health conditions. It is designed as a reset for individuals seeking a moment to pause, reconnect and move forward.
